Blue Crab Cheese Dip

Ingredients

    ~1 cup real blue crab pieces, throughly picked over for shell remnants.
    ~.5 cup low fat cream cheese( don't use the fat free kind f you'll have a gummy mess instead of a cheese dip!)
    ~.25 cup light mayo(you can also sub grapeseed or canola mayos with great results!)
    ~.5 cup fat free small curd cottage cheese
    ~.25 cups low fat or reduced fat extra sharp cheddar cheese- shredded
    ~1 teas worcestershire sauce(or more to taste- but it gives dip a dirty look if you use too much)
    ~1 teas hot pepper sauce(or more to taste)
    ~.25 cups green onions finely chopped
    ~180 grams "Lays" baked tostitos tortilla chips- the "scoops" kind(this is a little more than half a bag)
