Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

    STOCK:
    1 gallon water
    2 carrots, cut in large pieces
    2 celery stalks, cut in large pieces
    1 large onion, cut in large pieces
    3 pounds of chicken, no skin
    2 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp sea salt

    SOUP:
    12 cups stock
    2 celery stalks, diced
    2 carrots, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 cup of bell pepper (red, orange, yellow, green)
    3 pounds chicken, deboned and diced
    3 oz egg noodles, (dry measure)

Great On A Cold Winter Day. It Makes Enough To Freeze For Future Meals.
