3 pounds of chicken, no skin
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
SOUP:
12 cups stock
2 celery stalks, diced
2 carrots, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup of bell pepper (red, orange, yellow, green)
3 pounds chicken, deboned and diced
3 oz egg noodles, (dry measure)
