    * 1/3 cup light raisins or dark raisin
    * 5 plump, dried calimyrna figs
    * 5 plump pitted prunes, diced
    * 2 tablespoons sugar
    * 1 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of
    * 1/4 cup sweet red wine
    * 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
