    Salad:
    3 cups raw sunflower seeds, soaked 2-4 hours, ground in food processor
    3 to 4 celery stalks, diced
    ½ bunch scallions, diced (about 4)
    1 tbsp dried dill
    1 tsp dulse flakes or kelp

    1/2 cup Thai coconut water or pure water
    1 clove garlic
    1 juiced lemon
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 cup cashews, macadamias, pine nuts or combo, soaked 3-4 hours
    1 tsp stone ground mustard
