Fruit Salad With Almond Cream

Ingredients

    1 Cup "Original" flavored almond milk (Pacific Foods of Oregon is a good brand)
    2 T agar flakes (vegan equivalent of gelatin, found in natural food stores)
    1 1/3 oz unflavored protei powder (portion containg 28 grams soy protein)
    4 t unsweetened almond, hazelnut or pistachio butter
    1 T pure vailla or maple extract (non-alcohol, glycerine base)
    1/2 t stevia extract powder
    1/4 cup purified water
    3/4 cup frozen cherries, thawed before use
    1 peach, halved, pitted, sliced
    1/2 cup blueberries or 1/3 medium banana, sliced

Description

Breakfast Or Dessert. Make The Cream The Day Before. Needs 4-6 Hours Of Chill Time.
