Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
4 (4 oz.) Chicken, Breast with skin and bone
2 (2 oz) Chicken Thighs with Skin
2 (3 oz) Chicken Drumstick
3 med onions chopped
1 (14.5 oz) can tomatoes chopped
4 fresh hot red chili peppers, leave whole
USE THE FOLLOWING SEASONINGS
OR 6 tsp of Garam Masala per teaspoon RECIPE.
1 1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp Tandoori Spice or Curry Powder
1 1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground
THEN ADD:
1/4 tsp Ginger, ground
1/2 tsp Sea salt
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup water
