1 quart vegetable stock
1 Tbsp cumin
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
2 to 3 Tbsp tomato paste
salt to taste
lime wedges
1.2 c cilantro, leaves picked from stem
whole milk yogurt (optional)
