- 1 1/2 pounds lean (or extra lean) ground beef
1 large onion, chopped (I put it through the food processor)
A couple splashes of Worshishire.....because Sarah says so!!!
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
1/2 cup dry oats/oatmeal
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons yellow mustard, divided
1/2 cup ketchup, divided
3 tablespoons brown sugar
