Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 cup Kahlua
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 cup chopped nuts
1can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup milk
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
8 oz cream cheese
Cool whip
Combine cake mix, eggs, kahlua and oil. Bake in greased 9x13 @ 350° for 35-40m.
When cake is nearly finished melt and boil butter and brown sugar for 2m. Add pecans, spread over cake. Cool.
Beat condensed milk, milk and pudding until light. Add cream cheese and blend. Spread on top of cooled cake.
Top with Cool Whip.
