4 steamed fresh artichokes or 2 cans hearts drained and chopped
1 package of feta cheese
1 tomato chopped
4-5 tablespoons good seasons dressing made w less fat
1/2 cup red onion
2-3 cloves garlic
2 cans black beans drained and rinsed
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbl Lemon juice or to taste
