Kelly's Bean & Bacon Casoulette

Ingredients

    bacon bits - 8 tbsp Hormel real bacon pieces
    navy beans - 19 oz can drained and rinsed
    corn - 7 oz can drained
    tomatoes - 28 oz can of diced
    mushrooms - 12 mushrooms diced
    carrots - 3 large chopped
    celery - 3 large chopped
    oil - canola 4 tbsp
    brown sugar - 1/4 cup
    cornstarch - 2 tbsp
    seasoning as desired - i used seasoning salt and white pepper

Description

Bean & Bacon Casoulette - Stove Top Or Crockpot - Not Fully Vegetarian But Choices For Categorizing Are Limited. Could Be Nice Even Without The Bacon For Those Who Want Vegetarian
