Irene's Healthier Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients

    1 cup - Brown Rice
    1 tbsp - Sesame oil
    1 1/2 cup - Asparagus, chopped
    2 large - Carrots, sliced
    1/2 cup - Scallions, chopped
    1 clove - Garlic, chopped
    4 tbsp - Hoisin Sauce
    1 tbsp - Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    1 lb - Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast
    Cooking Spray

Description

This Is A Low-calorie Version Of One Of My Favorite Chinese Dishes. If You'd Like To Reduce The Amount Of Sodium, Use 1 TSP Of Lite Soy Sauce Instead, Which Will Reduce The Sodium In Each Serving To 755mg.
