Sesame Tofu Stir-fry

Ingredients

    220 g whole wheat linguine, uncooked
    1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
    1/4 cup Asian Sesame Dressing
    1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
    2 tsp. canola oil
    2 Tbsp. minced ginger root
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    4 cups small broccoli florets
    1 red pepper, cut into strips
    400 g extra-firm tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes

Description

Garnish With Sesame Seeds Just Before Serving For A Nice Touch. Serves 4.
