    1 cup white rice
    2 cups water
    1Tbs butter (or other similar)
    1 lb. ground lean beef
    1.25 cups corn (canned, frozen or fresh)
    1 cup beef gravy (from soup base or canned)
    seasoning to taste (I use cajun or mesquite spice mix)
