⅔ cup ketchup
⅓ cup light brown sugar, packed
1½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
For Meatloaf
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup minced yellow onion (about 1 medium-large onion)
3 cloves minced garlic (use a garlic press)
1¼ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 large eggs
¼ cup BBQ glaze (see above recipe)
2 pounds ground turkey (93/7)
¾ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs (I use Progresso)
A few sprigs chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
