    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 to 1 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 tsp cumin
    salt and pepper (to taste used to season the fish)
    juice of 2 limes
    3 TBS honey
    1 tsp chili powder
    4 6oz salmon fillets
    1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
    1 cup frozen corn, defrosted
    1/2 cup 99% fat free chicken broth
    1 15oz can black beans drained and rinsed
    2 to 3 TBS fresh cilantro, chopped
    6 cups baby spinach
