Potatoe Cheese Pierogies

Ingredients

    10 medium potatoes white cooked and mashed hot
    2 cups cheddar or american cheese can use 1/2 and 1/2
    1/4 cup parkay fat free liquid margerine
    1 tsp garlic
    2 tbsp chives
    1 tbsp sea salt

    1 Large cook pot 3/4 filled with water and a tsp salt and spray top water with nonstick spray -- bring to rolling boil and reduce heat to medium high
    adding pierogies and cooking 5 minutes after they float to top.
    Dough:
    2 cups flour white
    1/3 cup egg beaters
    1tsp baking powder
    1tsp salt
    2 tbsp fat free 1/2 and 1/2
    2/3 cup cold water
