    1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
    2 cups SPLEND® Granular
    3 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters
    2 cups (less 1 T) fat free milk
    1 T distilled white vinegar
    1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
    1 tsp vanilla extract

    FROSTING:
    1 (8 oz) container fat free whipped topping
    1 (3.4oz) packet Jell-O Fat Free/Sugar Free Instant Chocolate Pudding (prepared w/ fat free milk)
