Ingredients
- 1 large head of Cauliflower broken up into small pieces
4 Tbsp. cream cheese (I used herb and chive or garlic it was awesome) or you can use fat free cream cheese but itâs not as good ï
4 Tbsp. sour cream or fat free sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar (or any hard cheese) use low fat too if you like â 4 cheese parmesan shredded italiano blend is good and lower in fat but still melts well.
2 tablespoons butter or 1 Tbsp. fat free butter or nothing at all (I didnât notice a difference and will reduce the calories further)
2 chopped green onions or more if you like (save a few for the top)
3 to 5 chopped cooked bacon strips. (or about 6 TBSP of Hormel or Maple Leaf real bacon bits)
