Ingredients
- Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Anchovy (anchovies), 3 anchovies
Brussels sprouts, cooked, 200 grams
Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
Garlic, 1 tsp
If you don't like anchovies, you can substitute a small handful of pancetta or bacon.
If you're not a fan of sprouts you can leave them out and just use cup of cabbage or another preferred vegetable to replace it such as broccoli or cauliflower.
To add a richer flavour, add a teaspoon of low salt beef or vegetable stock powder to the onions as they cook.
