Mer's "pasta Stuff"

Ingredients

    1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
    1 cup each chopped onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, carrots, mushrooms
    3 cans diced tomatoes (Italian seasoning is best; can also use no salt added to reduce sodium)
    1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
    1 can (8 or 15 oz) tomato paste
    Italian seasoning, chili powder and cayenne to taste
    1 package whole wheat rigatoni
    parmesan to taste
