    1/2 cup extra virgin sesame cold pressed oil
    1-12 oz bag of Birds Eye Asian Medley-Specially Seasoned - Steam fresh -
    1-14 oz. can Bean Sprouts,
    1 cup Water Chestnuts (sliced)
    1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
    4 cups cooked rice, cooked
