    1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
    1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
    5 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 teaspoon sesame oil
    1 teaspoon brown sugar
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper
