Hangover Helper Smoothie

Ingredients

    2 c. diced seeded watermelon
    1 c. frozen unsweetened quartered strawberries
    6 oz. low-fat raspberry yogurt (Yoplait)
    2 tsp. lime juice
    pinch of salt
    2 to 4 ice cubes, crushed

    Instead of the yogurt and ice cubes you could always use a raspberry sorbet.
