Pesto Tortellini With Chicken And Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients

    2 pkgs Buitoni Tortellini - spinach with cheese - cooked and drained
    2 chicken breasts - grilled or roasted, cooled (can also use 6 ounces meat from whole prepared chicken)
    2 tsp olive oil
    2.5 colored peppers - cut in strips
    1/2 a large vidalia onion - sliced in strips
    1 bunch asparagus - base removed and each stalk cut in half
    small portabella mushrooms
    2 large tomatoes - cut in 1/8's
    2 cups spinach
    1/4 cup prepared pesto (or make your own)
