1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 minced red onion (optional)
1/2 cup washed & dried spinach leaves (or canned)
juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
1 tbsp Louisiana hot sauce (optional)
6 red raw radishes diced
1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
