    10. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    11. 1 tsp Frank's Hot Sauce
    12. 8 oz elbow macaroni
    13. 6 slices Jennie-O Extra Lean Turkey Bacon
    14. 1 slice Publix Bakery Whole Wheat bread, seeded
    15. 2 Tbsp fresh grated Parmesan cheese
