* Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
* Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
* Corn Flake Crumbs, 0.50 cup (1 serving) (remove) (or bread crumbs)
* Pineapple Juice, 1 cup (remove)
* Celery, cooked, 2 cup, diced (remove)
* Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
* Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 7 cup (remove)
* *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp (remove)
* *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
* Hot Pepper Sauce, 3 tsp (remove)
* Sage, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Parsley, 3 sprigs (remove)
* Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove)
You can substitute bread crumbs (unseasoned!) for cornflake crumbs, or use seasoned bread crumbs instead of or in addition to adding your own herbs.
You can omit or use less parmesan. You can use less cheddar. You can use other beans besides chick peas. This recipe is exceptionally forgiving.
