2 Tbs Mayo made with canola or olive oil
1-2 tsp wasabi powder, mixed into paste
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs sweet pickle relish
1 tsp garlic, finely minced or paste
1 Tbs mustard (preferably spicy mustard)
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
