Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

    Crust (makes enough crust for two 9" pie pans or one 9" pie pan and a top crust)
    -1 cup Healthy Heart Bisquick
    -1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    -1/2 tsp. salt
    -1/2 cup butter (I use Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread)
    -1/2 T. cider vinegar
    -cold water


    Filling
    -2 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
    -1/2 cup Frozen Peas and Carrots
    -1/2 cup frozen corn
    -1/2 cup frozen broccoli
    -1 can Cream of Potato Soup
    -1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

    *Not you can use whatever frozen veggies you like, these are the ones that I use and are factored into the nutritional values)
