    1 c Onions, diced
    1 cup Celery, diced or thinly sliced
    1 cup carrots grated
    1 Tsp curry powder
    6 packets Bouillon Sodium Free Dry (chicken, fish or vegetable stock)
    1 Tsp garlic powder
    1 Tsp Onion powder
    1 Tsp Oregano, ground
    1 Tsp Thyme, ground
    1/12th Tsp crushed red chili peppers (a small pinch)
    1 tsp fresh ground Pepper (any color)
    2 cups Potatoes, 1/4-inch dice
    1 Lg 12.5 oz can of Tuna, canned in water (including juice)
    10 oz can diced Clams, (including juice)
    18 large shrimp
    1/4 c minced Parsley
    1/2 c green onion scallions, finely diced
    1 Lg 12 oz can non-fat evaporated Milk
    1 12 oz can corn (rinsed)
    8 to 10 cups water
