Ingredients
- 1 package of Fat Free Cream Cheese
8 oz of cold 2% milk
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 box of vanilla pudding, instant, sugar free
8oz fat free Cool Whip
Topping:
2 apples, sliced, sauteed
1 tbs butter
1 tbs corn starch
2 tsp Cinnamon
4 small packs Stevia.
A variation could be blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, peaches, modifiy the topping recipe by
leaving out the cinnamon.
Saute all apple ingredients and allow to cool.
In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, add milk and lemon juice
beat until smooth. Mix in Instant pudding. Fold in Cool whip.
Place into 10 small refrigerator dishes (rubbermaid storage size small. 1/2 cup.
Top with topping and Refrigerate.
Chill 2 hours to blend flavors.
Makes10 servings.
