    Swiss Chard, 3 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 226 grams
    Zucchini, baby, 2 medium
    *Black Pepper (Ground), 0.25 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    egg white, fresh, 4 large
    Feta Cheese, .125 cup, crumbled
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 1 tbsp
    dash salt optional
