Slow Cooker Recipe: Buffalo Chicken Lasagna

Ingredients

    7 - 8 oz. uncooked Whole Wheat lasagna noodles (9 strips)
    12 oz previously cooked chicken breast (approx. two large breast)
    1 jar of prepared pasta sauce (I use Ragu No Suger added)
    .5 cup buffalo wing sauce
    3 red, yellow, or orange bell peppers
    2 cups of cottage cheese
    2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella and cheddar blend)
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 large can mushrooms
    ¼ cup of water (add at very end)
    Pepper

As Seen On GMA. This Makes A Large Amount, I Have Set The Serving Size At 10, As This Will Feed A Lot Of People - It Is A 5 Quart Crockpot Full. You Could Add Blue Cheese For Additional Flavor.
