2 cans chicken broth, fat free, low sodium
1 can cream of chicken soup
1-2 cups water
Celery, 4 stalks, diced
1 bag baby carrots
3 sprigs fresh rosemary + 1 fresh sprig for later
2 springs fresh thyme
a few leaves of fresh sage
2-3 garlic cloves
Salt & Pepper
Cornstarch
Water
