1 - crown Broccoli, fresh
4 - large Carrots, raw,
1 - 2" (inch) slice Ginger Root
1 - medium Beets fresh (with skin on)
1/2 block - soft Tofu
1 bunch - Spinach, fresh
2 scoops Super Green Food Powder
