    1 1/2 Tblsp. Sesame Oil
    1/2 cup Onions, chopped
    1/2 cup Scallions, sliced
    1/2 cup Celery, sliced
    1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
    1 cup Carrots, peeled & sliced thin
    1/2 cup Cut Green Beans, frozen
    2 Tblsp. Cooking Sherry
    1/4 cup Tamari, reduced-sodium
    2 Tblsp. Corn Starch
    1 Tblsp. Brown Sugar, packed
    1 Tblsp. Tahini
    1/4 tsp. Ginger, ground
    1/8 tsp. Five Spice Powder
    1 1/4 cup Water
    4 cups Broccoli Florets
    6 oz. Whole Wheat Spaghetti
    2 Tblsp. Toasted Sesame Seeds

Description

This Is A Delicious Low-fat Version Of One Of My Favorite Asian Foods. Serve With A Small Salad With Ginger Dressing And A Spring Roll (not Included In Nutritional Information).
