1/2 cup red bell pepper strips (approx 2 oz, optional)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 oz shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
4 (2-ounce) ciabatta rolls
