    1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted and chopped (about 2 cups)
    1/2 cup onion
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
    2 tsp coconut oil
    4 ezekiel 4:9 tortillas
    1 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped
