    2. Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds
    3. Mangos, 1 fruit without refuse
    4. 2 green onions
    5. Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium
    6. 2 Small Cucumber (with peel) - diced
    7. (white) balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoon
    8. Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    9. I can/jar of Artichoke Hearts - in oil
