â¢1/2 teaspoon (~ 2 ml) vanilla
â¢Handful of ice cubes
â¢1 kiwi, peeled and sliced (Optional: save 1 or 2 slices for garnish)
â¢1/3 cup (~ 120 ml) fat free plain yogurt
â¢1/2 cup skim milk (or milk of your choice)
â¢Juice of 1/2 orange (or 1 clementine)
â¢3 tsp Psyllium Husk Powder
