1 - 12 oz can Carnation 2% lowfat evaporated milk
5 oz matchstick shredded carrots
1 - 8 oz Daisy low fat sour cream
1 tblsp dried parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Hungry Jack instant mashed potato flakes
Optional Garnish for each bowl:
1 tblsp chopped scallions
1 tblsp Kraft 2% milkfat cheddar cheese, shredded

I Love This Recipe Because It Requires Few Ingredients And Takes No Time To Make. You Can Vary The Ingredients Substituting Bacon For The Ham If You Prefer. You Can Use Fat Free Milk And Sour Cream And It Still Tastes Good But Doesn't Have Quite The Cream
