Ingredients
- Preheat oven 425 F.
1/4c 1% plain yogurt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp Paprika
salt and pepper to taste
mix above ingredients in a bowl and add to the bowl:
1 1/2 lbs fish fillets (cod, snapper, halibut)
Dip both sides of the saturated fillets in
1 c Planko bread crumbs (reg. bread crumbs can be used)
press gently to help the crumbs adhere. set on baking sheet with parchment and bake 6 mins then flip over and bake an additional 6 mins or until cooked through.
