    * Mustard seed, yellow, 2 tsp
    * Onions, 1 medium
    * Carrots, finely chopped, 1 cup
    * Garlic, 2 cloves
    * Ginger Root, 3 tsp grated
    * Coriander seed, 1 tsp
    * Turmeric, ground, .5 tsp
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    * Peas, frozen, 0.75 cup
