Pineapple Cracker Spread - 1/4 Cup Serving Size

Ingredients

    8 oz. crushed pineapple, drain, reserve 1 tsp. juice
    8 oz. low-fat cream cheese
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper

    Drain pineapple, reserve 1 tsp. juice. In small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in pineapple, green peppers and reserved juice. Cover and chill for 1-1/2 hours. Serve with crackers

    Yield: 2 cups
