Crab Meat Cole Slaw

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups shredded cabbage*
    1 cup shredded carrots
    1 cup finely chopped broccoli flouretts
    1 medium green bell pepper - thin slices
    1 medium red bell pepper - tin slices
    1.5 lbs imitation crab meat

    3/4 cup light mayo
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2 Tbsp splenda
    3 Tbsp white vinegar
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    1 1/2 tsp worcestershire
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp tobasco sauce






    *I use cole slaw mix

Red And Green Vegitables Are Mixed Together With Imitation Crab Meat Then Tossed With A Light And Lemony Dressing
