Ingredients
- 20 whole black peppercorns
2 bay leaves
2 whole cloves
1/2 lemon
3 lb. medium chicken tenders
1/2 c. plus 2 T. spicy brown mustard
1/2 c. honey
1 1/4 t. curry powder
3/4 t. lemon pepper
1/8 t. salt
Butter for spreading
1 loaf challah or other rich egg bread, cut into 12 thick slices (I like Pepperidge Farm Hearty White)
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
(I like red onion rings)
1 bag (about 5 oz.) mesclun salad greens (I use leafy lettuce or romaine)
Red grapes and assorted berries for garnish

For These Calculations, I Added No Bread, No Butter, And No Fruit, But Added 2 Inner Leaves Of Romaine Lettuce Per Serving.
