    IN A LITTLE BIT OF WATER BOIL ARTICHOKES AND SPINACH FOR 10 MINUTES. SEPARATELY SAUTÉ MUSHROOMS WITH A TBSP OF OLIVE OIL AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES ADD FLOUR AND STIR VIGOROUSLY TO INTEGRATE AD WATER FROM VEGETABLES AND A LITTLE BIT OF MILK IF NECESSARY. ADD A TSP OFCHICKEN SOUP POWDER AND NUTMEG. SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. PUT VEGIES IN A DISH COVER WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE, SPRINKLE WITH A TBSP OF PARMESAN CHEESE. BAKE IN THE OVEN AT 450* FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE TURNS BROWN.
