- Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 1 cup
Apple Pie fillings, canned, 2 can (21 oz) Apples, fresh, 6 cup slices
Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
Cinnamon, ground, 3 tbsp
Egg, fresh, 8 cup (4.86 large eggs)
*Milk, 2%, 1.5 cup
*Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
White flour 1 cup
Salt, .75 tsp
Baking Powder, 1 tsp
Lemon Peel, 1 tbsp
Sour Cream, 3 tbsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
Pre heat oven to 350 degress F.
Put butter and cinnamon in 3 10" skillets and add the apples and apple pie filling to melt the butter and heat through.
Beat the eggs, add the remaingin ingreadients and place in preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes. It will puff and and the edges will start to brown against the skillet.
