Ingredients
- 2 carrots
2 bunches of deark leafy greens( kales collards; I use the ones in a bag)
1/2 red onion, finely chopped (I use white if I don't have red)
Salt and pepper to taste (I don't use salt, so I sprinkle balsamic vinegar on top)
1/4 Feta Cheese, crumbled (optional, of course)
1- 20 once package Brown Rice
